Obituary

Andrew Russell Minor, commonly known as Andrew, was born on July 22, 1991, in Fall River, Massachusetts. He grew up in the city he loved, where he was known for his compassionate spirit and inspiring drive.

Andrew was a force of positivity, constantly encouraging those around him to be the best versions of themselves. His loving nature and supportive presence will be missed by many, but his legacy will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Andrew was a man of many passions, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid player of Magic the Gathering, where his strategic mind shone and his competitive spirit thrived. Andrew was also a devoted Star Wars fan.

Andrew was a dedicated worker, serving as a crew chief at Baylie's Insulation. His colleagues will remember him as a hardworking and reliable team member. His dedication to his craft was evident in the quality of his work, and his ability to inspire others left a mark on everyone he worked with. He was an integral part of the Baylies team, and his absence will be deeply felt.

Andrew was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Walter Minor Sr. and Jean Minor.

He is survived by his siblings, Brother Brian Minor and his family of Fall River, Sister Kailey Minor and her family of Fall River, his sister Krissany Desmarais and her family of Tiverton, his brother Marshall Minor and family, and his brother Walter Minor Jr and family.

Friends and Family are cordially invited to attend a public visitation which will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM at the Southcoast Funeral Home, located at 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723.

The celebration of Andrew's life will follow at the same venue at 07:00 PM presided over by Chaplain and Life Celebrant Ines Bates.
