With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Tony Reid Foxworthy, a loving and devoted husband, and a friend to all whose lives he touched. On September 5, 2025, he left passed away at the Hope Health Hulitar Center.

He was born in Montgomery, Indiana, on July 27, 1947, and was in his 78th year.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ann Foxworthy, who was his partner in life and love for many vibrant years. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Jean Foxworthy. His memories will continue to inspire all the hearts he touched. Anthony's absence will be profoundly felt, but his spirit will live on in the stories, laughter, and love he shared with us all.
