Armand Yokel of New Bedford passed away peacefully at Saint Luke's Hospital in New Bedford on Friday, December 19, 2025.

Armand Yokel was born on February 20, 1956, in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Armand was a cherished member of his family, and his heart held a special place for his siblings, his brother, Kenneth Yokel, his sister Deborah Lesieur, and sister Catherine Garcia-Lemos who survives him. His parents, Armand and Jacqueline Yokel, preceded him in death.

Friends and Family are cordially invited to attend a public visitation which will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM at the Southcoast Funeral Home, inside of the Ferreira Chapel, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723. A celebration of Armand's life will follow at the same venue at 12:30 PM presided over by Chaplain and Life Celebrant Ines Bates. Following the service burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, 765 Prospect Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02720.
