Barbara A. Waters, 82, of Fall River, MA. Passed away on June 13, 2025, unexpectedly surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth M. Waters and the daughter of the late Robert and Eileen (Crofton) Plummer. She was a graduate from St. Mary's academy and worked for many years at Newport Hospital. Barbara was the Matriarch of the family leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, patience, wisdom, talent and beauty. Barbara had a vibrant spirit that touched many hearts. If you knew her you loved her, she was a mom too many. We were blessed with her spirit and will truly miss her.

Barbara had many joys in her life, but family came first with whom she loved spending time with. She displayed many talents and enjoyed doing arts and crafts; especially knitting and crocheting her beautiful sweaters and Afghans. Ceramics, floral arrangements, trips to the casino and baking her famous peanut butter balls and beautiful cakes. She was also a member of the Bayview Club. She was the sister to Robert Plummer and wife Joan. Kathleen Rondeau and husband Rene. Devoted mother to the late Franke Napier, Marianne Marier, Laurie Thibault, Hugh Napier, Paul Napier and Jeff Napier and her cat. Norton and grandmother to Tara, Alex, Zoey, Alexis, Aiden and Great Grandmother to Ayarhna, Christopher Nova and Ezra and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
