Briana Viveiros Sousa, born on February 27, 1991, left us too soon on October 21, 2026. A vibrant soul, Briana was a beacon of light and warmth to all who knew her. She embraced the simple pleasures of life, from watching her favorite TV shows to indulging in the joy of shopping. Briana's laughter and style left an indelible mark on those around her, reminding us of the beauty in everyday moments, especially in the serene moments of life when she was found reading and listening to her favorite music.

Briana's family was at the core of her world. She was survived by her father, Carlos Sousa. She shared a special bond with her sisters, Lyla and Tanya Sousa, and cherished every moment spent with her aunts and uncles, Maria Viveiros, Herminia Marques, Ester Felgueira, Natalia Sousa, Daniel Viveiros, Tiberio Viveiros, Humberto Viveiros, João Medeiros, Gilberto Viveiros, and Salvador Viveiros. Briana also leaves many cherished cousins that leave a lifetime of memories.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother Teresa Sousa, who she has now joined in peace. As we reflect on her life, we remember her tenacity and her unwavering love for her family, who she held close to her heart.
