Carlos S. Ramalho, 67, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at his home in Fall River. Born in Lagoa, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Antonio and Maria Julia Ramalho, he emigrated to Fall River in 1976. Carlos worked as a textile mechanic at the former Quaker Fabric and Duro Manufacturing for over 25 years before he retired. Carlos enjoyed woodworking, carpentry, fishing and collecting antique toy cars. Survivors include 2 children, Elizabeth Sheehan (husband Colin) of Marshfield, MA and Jason Ramalho of Fall River; 2 grandchildren, Joshua & Rebecca; a sister, a niece and a nephew. A private memorial will be held at a later date with immediate family only.
