FALL RIVER ... Carolyn A. (Reed) Tobey, 78, of Fall River passed away, Saturday, January 28, 2023, at St. Anne's Hospital. She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late John and Irene (Avelino) Reed and had lived in Fall River most of her life. Mrs. Tobey was a member of the Bethel A.M.E. Church of Fall River as well as enjoying cooking, playing cards, spending time with family, shooting pool, and watching sports. Survivors include 2 daughters: Lisa Reed of West Yarmouth; Kelly L. Garrant and her husband Martin of Fall River; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
