Carter
Fountaine
Mar 30, 2025 — Sep 23, 2025
Carter Levi Fountaine, born on the 30th of March, 2025 in Fall River, Massachusetts, left this earth far too soon on September 23, 2025. Despite the brevity of his time with us, Carter's impact was profound, his spirit leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him. As Emily Dickinson wrote, "Unable are the loved to die, for love is immortality." Carter's love, though experienced in fleeting moments, will endure in the hearts of his family and beloved ones, immortalized in their memories.
Carter's life, though short, was filled with the love of a big, caring family. He is survived by his mother, Ryann Aguiar, his father Dasean Fountaine, his sisters, Winter and Juliette, his grandparents, Stacy Fournier, and Eric Fournier, his Papa Bobby, Luis Aguiar, Jeannette Andrade, and Derek Fountaine, and his great-grandmothers, Kathleen Smith and Susan Tavares, great grandparents Jeffrey Rego, and the late Donna Rego, along with numerous aunts and uncles who adored him.
The family invites all those touched by Carter's life to join them in celebrating his memory. A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at from 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Southcoast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts.
Following this, the celebration of Carter's life will commence at 11:00 Am presided over by Chaplain and Life Celebrant Ines Bates in the same venue. A committal service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery, 765 Prospect Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, at 12:00 PM.
We encourage all who knew and loved Carter to share their memories and upload photos of him to the memorial page. In this way, we can honor his life and keep his spirit alive in our hearts. Each memory shared is a testament to the love that Carter inspired, and a reminder that, though his time here was short, his impact was significant.
