Charles Joseph Turcotte Jr., affectionately known to many as a long-term member of the Knights of Columbus and the Elks club, passed away on the 12th of March, 2025.

Born on the 2nd of April, 1945 in Providence, RI, USA. He was the son of the late Charles J. Turcotte Sr. and Cecelia Phillips

Charles spent the majority of his life in Fall River, Massachusetts, where he was a dedicated member of the community. He served with distinction on the Fall River Housing Commission. He proudly served his nation as a member of the United States Air Force. His commitment to public safety was evident in his professional life as well, where he worked tirelessly in security.

Charles was known for his supportive nature, always there to lend a hand or an ear when needed. He was a compassionate soul, whose kindness radiated and touched the lives of many. As a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus and the Elks club, he demonstrated the truth of the saying, "It's not what we have in life, but who we have in our life that matters." Charles lived this quote in his relationships with his family and friends.

Charles is survived by his son, Erick Turcotte, and his daughter-in-law, Deborah Ferro Turcotte; his children, Corrie Mello (Herbert), Barry Herbert (deceased), Wayne Herbert, and Albert Herbert. He was a cherished grandfather to Amanda Neto, Adam Escobar, Abbey Pacheco, and Jason Barlow, and a proud great-grandfather to Ava Pacheco, Jacob Neto, Bernadette Escobar, Charlotte Neto, Piper Pacheco, and Rohen Pacheco.

He was predeceased by his parents, his brother Ronald Turcotte, brother Donald Turcotte, brother Dennis Turcotte, and his sister Linda Turcotte.
