Chris
Scott
Dec 15, 1949 — Oct 7, 2024
Chris Scott, a compassionate, supportive, loving, and humble soul, was born on December 15, 1949, in Fall River, MA, USA. He lived a life dedicated to kindness and understanding, which deeply touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Chris was known for his humility and love for others; a quote that he often used to guide his life was, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." He found joy in helping others and was always the first to lend a supportive hand. He was a pillar of his community and had an uncanny ability to make people around him feel loved and appreciated.
Chris was born and raised in Fall River, where he spent his entire life. He had a rich career and enjoyed his work as much as his retirement. His love and dedication to his community were only matched by his love for all.
He was predeceased by his loving parents. Chris's life was a testament to the strength of familial bonds and the power of love and respect in overcoming life's challenges.
A committal service with graveside prayers will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery, 765 Prospect Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02720. Chris's life was a beacon of compassion and humility, and his legacy will continue to inspire all who knew him.
In honor of Chris, we encourage family, friends, and loved ones to share their favorite memories and upload photos to his memorial page. This will not only serve as a tribute to his life but also a source of comfort and healing for all who loved him.
