Clarisse
Ouellette
Mar 16, 1936 — May 4, 2025
With fondness and deep respect, we honor the life of Clarisse A. Ouellette, born as Clarisse Bosse on March 16, 1936, in Fall River, Massachusetts.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Clarisse lived a vibrant life that was as captivating as a well-crafted word search, one of her favorite pastimes. She was a woman of strength and resilience, whose legacy forever remains etched in the hearts of those she touched.
Clarisse worked diligently as a Suture Operator in the manufacturing industry before her retirement. Despite her demanding career, she always found time to lose herself in the complexities of puzzles or the occasional trip to Foxwoods. She found immense pleasure in long car rides, sitting by the beach, and the simple joy of going out to eat. She also loved to watch horror and romance movies. As a proud American and military spouse, she frequently donated to veteran's causes to help out "her" soldiers.
Clarisse is survived by her daughter Debra Golsby and husband Jay, and her son Maurice "Moe" Ouellette. Her memory lives on in her four grandchildren, Michael Ouellette, Jessica Ouellette, Katelyn Golsby, and Garrett Golsby, and her three great-grandchildren Troy Jr., Christopher, and Penelope.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Ray" Ouellette, her parents, Albert and Rose Bosse, her late son Ronald Ouellette, her late sisters Yolande and Leda, and her late brother Marcel Bosse.
She is also survived by her sister, Lorraine Fiola, who will forever cherish their time with her. Clarisse was also blessed with the companionship of the late James O'Donnell, whose presence added joy to her later years.
