Darleen A Corey of Somerset passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026 after a long illness. She was born on April 18, 1949 to William and Constance Norway in Lancaster, NH. Over the years she resided in Plympton MA and Minnesota.

She was known for her love of horses and reading and especially her love for angels. She had a great talent for creating them and sharing them with the special people in her life. She was so full of life and it showed in her friendly personality. She loved to joke with others to make them laugh and smile.

She is survived by her loving husband Michael S Corey to whom she was married for 42 years and together for 47. Darleen was the mother of David of Vermont, the late Daniel of Carver, Donald (Amanda) of Plymouth, Dale (Melissa) of Vermont and her daughter Michelle of South Dakota. She is also survived by her daughter in laws Diane Glass and Wendy Glass. She was Grandma to Brendan, Jenna, Christopher, Rebecca, Connor, Abigail, Liam, Amara and Alandra as well as 3 Great Granddaughters. She was the youngest of 6 children, Mayland, Dennis, Roger, Ilene and Dianne.

There will be no services at this time per her request.
