Dolores "Bunny" (Yokel) Rego, 76 years old,has passed after a brief illness on Wednesday April 16, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Born and raised in Fall River, MA to Imelda (Lizotte) & Louis Yokel.

Dolores is survived by her sister Evelyn (Yokel) Gouveia of Fall River. Mother to Denise Aubin of Fall River, Tracy Cowen (Husband Lenny) of Fall River & Joseph Rego (Wife Jessica) of Tiverton RI, Step Mother to Mandy Hannan of Fall River. Beloved Nana to David Aubin (wife Tina) of Farmville, VA, Kyle Aubin of Fall RIver, Brittany Raphael (Husband Jeff) of Fairhaven, Brandy Cowen (Fiance Mario) of Fall River, Lenny Cowen (Fiance Brittany) of Westport, Alyssa Doster, Cayden, & Kamdyn Rego of Tiverton, RI & Mikayla Alves of Fall River, 7 Great Grandchildren, & many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, going to the senior center with her sister. She enjoyed watching her grandsons baseball games, babysitting her grandchildren, she loved cooking for family & just being with her family and drinking her chocolate wine.

Services will be held Monday, April 21, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 08:00 PM at Southcoast Funeral Home. 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723 A Celebration of life will be held at the same venue at 6:00 PM led by Chaplain and Celebrant Ines Bates.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Southcoast Health Cancer Center, 506 Prospect St. Fall River, MA 02720
