FALL RIVER ... Francis H. Wagner, 60, of Fall River, passed away , Saturday, March 25, 2023, at home surrounded by family. He was born in Fall River a son of the late Donald and Rita (Martin) Wagner and lived his life in Fall River. Mr. Wagner was a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitative Counselor. He was proud of his sobriety, and enjoyed helping others with their sobriety. Francis liked to scuba dive and enjoyed his family and friends. Survivors include 2 brothers: Brian Henry of NJ; John Wagner of Fall River; several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Michael Henry; Kevin Henry; and Donald Wagner. Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held at SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. following calling hours from 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River.
