Frank Antonio Menz, a man of resilience and unyielding spirit, was born on September 15th, 1966, in Boston, MA, USA. Frank's life was a testament to his courage and resilience. He demonstrated that one's spirit is not defined by the circumstances of life but by the strength of their heart and the depth of their character. As Maya Angelou once said, "You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them." Frank embodied this philosophy every day of his life.

Frank spent his life in Quincy, Massachusetts, a place he called home and loved dearly. Though he was medically disabled and not employed, he never let his circumstances define him or dampen his spirit. Instead, he chose to focus on the things that brought him joy and peace. Frank had an infectious laughter and a heart of gold that radiated warmth to everyone he met. His resilience in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all who knew him.

Frank was the beloved son of Carol DelTufo. His mother's love nourished him, and their bond was an example of the unbreakable connection between a mother and her child. He had a very large heart who would help anyone in need, he was very much loved.

Frank enjoyed playing video games, watching tv, playing wrestling games, dogs. He could always make you laugh with his jokes or one of his stories. Everyone will surely miss being made to laugh and smile by him. He really enjoyed sitting down and listening to music, he loved the old school rock and roll, he could even be found dancing, he was an amazing dancer.

He was predeceased by his stepfather James F. DelTufo

He is survived by his mother Carol DelTufo of Quincy, Massachusetts, his sister Linda Menz of Naples, Florida, his brother Christopher DelTufo of Quincy, Massachusetts, brother Robert DelTufo of Quincy, Massachusetts, brother John DelTufo of Springhill, Florida, brother Mark DelTufo of Quincy, Massachusetts, and his sister Jamie DelTufo of Quincy, Massachusetts.

In the words of Helen Keller, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart." Frank's life was a testament to this truth. His memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those he touched with his kindness, his laughter, and his indomitable spirit.
