Born in the coastal city of New Bedford, Massachusetts on May 23, 1964, Frederick's life was a testament to the indomitable human spirit. Though medically disabled, his resilience and positive attitude towards life were an inspiration to everyone around him.

Frederick was a man who loved life and never allowed his circumstances to define him. His infectious laughter and radiant smile were his signature traits, brightening up even the most mundane of days. He was a master storyteller, captivating everyone with his tales, and making every moment with him a memorable one. His life was a vivid tapestry of courage, warmth, and laughter, reminding us all of the words of Maya Angelou, "I can be changed by what happens to me. But I refuse to be reduced by it."

Frederick leaves behind his beloved cousin, William Pye, who stood by him like a brother. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Catherine and Peter George, who nurtured his spirit and taught him the value of resilience. Frederick's life may have been marked by physical challenges, but his spirit was indomitable, his heart was pure, and his legacy is of undying love and unyielding strength.
