Gail Johnson, born on August 20, 1950, in the vibrant city of New Bedford, Massachusetts, lived a life of service and compassion, embodying the words of Mother Teresa, "Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love." Her journey on this Earth concluded on February 6, 2025, yet her spirit, her love, and her legacy persist.

Gail served the community as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), where she was more than just an employee. She was a beacon of hope, a source of comfort, and a trusted friend to everyone she cared for. She never considered her role as merely a job, but rather a calling, a means by which she could extend her innate kindness and empathy to those in need. Her dedication and commitment to her work were a testament to her unique character, embodying the essence of Albert Einstein's words, "Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile."

Gail's love was not confined to her professional life; it permeated every facet of her existence.

Gail was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Mary Lewin.
