With immense sorrow and fond memories, we announce the passing of Hilaire Charles of Fall River, a loving father and larger-than-life figure, on February 27, 2026.

Hilaire was born on March 18, 1974, to Selena Moncheri and Yves Charles.

Hilaire was a beacon of light in our community, always extending a helping hand and sharing words of wisdom. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life was truly remarkable.

Hilaire leaves behind a legacy of love and the indomitable spirit of service. He is survived by his beautiful children, Geraldine, Shelove, Peterwood, Lovely, and Bethsaida Charles. His memory will be cherished by his children and all those whose lives were touched by his kindness and selflessness.

We invite everyone who knew Hilaire to join us in celebrating his life at a public visitation on Saturday, March 21, 2026, 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Southcoast Funeral Home, inside of the Ferreira Chapel, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723.
