FALL RIVER ... Jo Nell (Williams) Silva, 83, of Fall River passed away, Thursday, August 18, 2022, at St. Anne's Hospital. She was the widow of Luis Silva. Ms. Silva was born in Ocala, FL, a daughter of the late Robert and Daisey May Williams and had lived in Florida and Fall River. Jo Nell was a clerk at Walgreens. Some of her hobbies were watching TV, having conversations and playing with her cat. Survivors include a daughter Michellee Gregory of Fall River; a son Terry Quesada of Fall River, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Robert Quesada and had 7 siblings that predeceased her.
