John Francis Lincoln passed away on April 10, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer.

John was born on April 19, 1955, in Brockton to Alfred and Elizabeth, who preceded him in death. His brothers Arthur and Ed also preceded John in death.

He leaves behind his daughters Meagan and Heather, and his granddaughter Harleigh. John also leaves behind his only surviving brother, Al.

John faced significant health struggles throughout the years, with his daughters often joking only cancer could take him out; their sense of humor coming from him. John was known to be a quiet man, but always left an impact on those who knew him. John was a huge Beatles and Led Zeppelin fan who loved a good crossword puzzle. He also made the best scrambled eggs.

John enjoyed much of his time these last several years at Active Day in New Bedford, where he gained friends who were with him until the very end. His family will always be grateful for their love and support of John.
