FALL RIVER... Jorge Colon-Ortiz, 24, of Fall River passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023, at his home. Born in Fall River, he was a son of Melissa (Galhardo) Rodriguez and Carlos Rodriguez, both of Fall River.

Mr. Colon-Ortiz enjoyed family cookouts and functions, traveling, camping, and going to beaches and lakes. He loved dancing and listening to music. Jorge played basketball and little league for 6 years. He was goofy and loved to have fun, always joking around with everyone. He was a fashionista and loved shopping. Most of all, he loved his children.

Along with his parents, survivors include his children: Yandel, Kinsley and Avianne; his sister Rosemarie Rodriguez; his brother Jayvian Rodriguez and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 6 - 9 PM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02723. Cremation will follow.
