Jose Goglino, a resilient and dedicated man, was born to Pablo and Dolores Goglino on November 16, 1946, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was a beacon of hope and a model of perseverance for his family, whom he loved unconditionally. Jose's life was a testament to his unwavering faith in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, where he served as the Director of the Pathfinder club during his youth. He held firm to the belief of death being merely a state of rest until the second coming of Jesus. This faith guided him through the challenges of life and now, he rests, awaiting the resurrection to eternal life.

A generous soul and epitome of dedication, Jose's life was a tapestry of selfless decisions. His most significant achievement was leaving his beloved Argentina and moving to the United States to give his children, Mariangeles, Alejandro, and Natalia, a chance at a brighter future. He worked tirelessly in a jewelry factory and attended night school to learn the new language. His resilience paid off, and his legacy lives on in his thriving children, who owe their success to his sacrifices. Jose's love extended to his grandchildren, Martin, Vanesa, Mikaela, Enrique, and Nicolas, and great-granddaughter Isabella, who he cherished deeply. He demonstrated his love through his passion for cooking, especially making pasta and pizza from scratch, a skill inherited from his mother.

In the quiet moments, Jose found solace in his hobbies, which included raising canaries, maintaining fish tanks, and planning vacations and outings with his family. His love for animals was as immense as his love for his family, reflecting his generous and loving nature. He was a resident of East Providence, Rhode Island, having previously lived in Pawtucket, RI; Providence, RI; Reading, PA; and Brunswick, ME. He is survived by his loving wife, Lidia, their children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, and his brother Carlos. He was preceded in death by his parents Pablo and Dolores Goglino, and brothers Pablo and Roberto.

In the words of Thessalonians 4:16-17, "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever." As we remember Jose, we take comfort in his faith and his belief in the resurrection to come.
