Joseph was born on May 14, 1958, in Olongapo City, Zambales, Philippines,

Joseph moved to Providence, Rhode Island, where he established a name for himself as a merchandiser in the warehouse business.

Joseph leaves behind his beloved significant other, Donna DeFaria, who was his rock and source of boundless love and support.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Purification Suson and Sylva Sirois, who instilled in him the values of kindness, resilience, and love.
