Joseph was a man of great character, He spent his working years as an Asphalt Driver in the construction industry.

Joseph was a devoted father to his daughter, Jessica Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Washington. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him, just as the stars continue to shine long after they're gone.
