FALL RIVER... Justin J. A. Costa, 29, of Fall River passed away July 1, 2022. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Dawn Costa and Douglas Picard and the beloved grandson of Irene Costa, Antone Costa and Judy Picard, all of Fall River and the late Harold Picard. Justin was adventurous and carefree. He loved jumping off bridges into the water below and riding anything with wheels and an engine. He was a hopeless romantic who loved music and spending time with his family. Along with his grandparents, Justin is survived by his nephew Josiah and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was the brother of the late Eric Avila. Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 8 PM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02723. Cremation will follow. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6 - 8 PM, prior to the service.
