With deep sorrow and enduring love, we announce the passing of a loving and devoted husband, father, brother and friend whose kindness touched everyone he met. Born on February 1, 1969, in Springfield, Illinois, Larry was a man defined by his generous spirit, thoughtful nature, and genuine warmth. Whether through a quiet act of support, a listening ear, or a heartfelt laugh, he made others feel seen, valued, and cared for. He was wonderfully chatty, never one to shy away from a conversation-whether with and old friend or someone he had just met moments before. His outgoing nature made people feel instantly at ease. Larry was the #1 Denver Bronco fan to have ever lived.

Larry married the love of his life July 20, 1991. He was a steady partner, a source of strength, and a constant reminder of what unconditional love looks like.

As a father, he was both a guide and a friend. He led with patience, compassion, and encouragement, teaching by example the importance of kindness and connection. His love created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and lasting memories. He will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but for the countless lives he uplifted along the way. His legacy of love, generosity, and compassion will continue to live on in those who knew and cherished him.

He is deeply missed and forever loved.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Larry Don Dillon Sr; Earl and Patricia Kay; his first born son, Larry Don Dillon III; his father-in-law, Reverend Dr Burley Herrin; his niece, Abigail Herrin; several aunts and uncles

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jennifer Dillon. His children, Bolt (Emma) Dillon; Storm (Hailey) Dillon; Race Dillon. His grandchildren, Cora and Koda Dillon. His siblings, Wendy (Jim) Neuman; Wanda (Terry) Rutheford; Jeff (Jennifer) Herrin; Debby (Adam) Hawkins; his mother-in-law, Martha Herrin several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

As we remember Larry Dillon, let us not dwell on the void left behind, but on the love, laughter, and life he shared with us all.
