FALL RIVER... Laurie L. (Amarantes) DaSilva, 54, of Fall River passed away November 4, 2022, at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Lorraine (Dupris) Amarantes of Ohio and the late Leo Amarantes. Mrs. DaSilva had worked for many years as a clerk for Shaw's Supermarket. She enjoyed listening to music, going out to dinner, and shopping but above all else, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Along with her mother, survivors include her sons: Kyle DaSilva and Jared DaSilva, both of Rehoboth; her sister Rochelle Maccarone of Ohio and several sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and close friends. She was the sister of the late Steven Amarantes. Visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 2 - 4 PM with a prayer service starting at 4 PM. Cremation will follow.
