Laurie Anne Margaret Tavares, known affectionately by many as Laurie Anne, was born on August 4, 1972, in the beautiful city of Fall River, Massachusetts. She was a radiant soul whose life was a testament to the power of love, kindness, and resilience. Laurie Anne left us on May 11, 2025, leaving a void that cannot be filled but a legacy that will continue to inspire us.

She was born, lived, and departed from this world in the same town of Fall River, embedding her essence in its history forever. She was a beacon of light who brought joy and warmth to those around her.

She leaves her legacy, love, and memories with her father Joao Tavares who predeceased her, her adoring mother Rosa Tavares, her sister Rosie and husband David, her sister Sue and husband Mike, her brother Scott and wife Erin, and her fiancé Mike. Her cousins Bobby, Johnny, Stephanie, and Steven and there family members which she adored. Her loving Michaela, Kaylee, Haylee, her nephews Ryan, Evan, and Lucas and all of the Dolan family and their children .

She was never married but was deeply loved and cherished by her family and friends who became her chosen family. She was a woman of extraordinary strength, boundless compassion, and unending kindness.
