Louise P (Pypniowski) Kudrich 90 of Fall River, MA passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Easter Sunday, April 20th 2025.

Wife of the late John Kudrich and daughter of the late John and Mary Pypniowski.

She is survived by her daughter Debora ST. Laurent and her partner Antonio Rapazote and was predeceased by her son John Kudrich.

She is survived by her grandchildren who affectionately called her "Ma". She was a cherished grandmother to Jill ST. Laurent and husband Welington DaSilveira, Alison ST. Laurent and fiancé Susan Gaudreau, Renee ST. Laurent and husband Thomas Millerick, Devoney Kudrich and husband Matthew Defaria and Jenaline Kudrich and husband Cameron Root.

She was lovingly called Baba by her surviving great grandchildren Leah Jalowick, Luke Jalowick and Chase ST. Millerick, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins, along with her beloved cat Simba.

She is predeceased by her siblings Dorothy Caron, John, Stanley and Walter Pypniowski.

She was employed at several mills as a seamstress, and her favorite job was to fasten buttons to clothing. She enjoyed working at ST. Annes Hospital as a housekeeper, where she liked picking up shifts at the Hope house.

Louise had many hobbies she was crafty with; she took joy in knitting especially baby sweaters and Barbie doll clothes. Along with cross stitch, embroidery hook rugs, coloring, sewing and hemming everyone's pants and fixing holes. She loved to travel with her late husband and friends, taking bus trips to many different places. Her late husband was quite the dancer so they would often go dancing on Saturday nights. She was a regular at her residence where they had a bingo night, and she would frequently win. Her luck would follow her to the casino where she would come home a winner almost every time.

She loved to go out to her favorite restaurants like McGovern's and Gregs with her friends and family. She was always up for an adventure to try a new place to eat. She took joy in scenic car rides and going to vegetable stands in the summer. She did like going out but had to be back before it was dark so she could feed her cats and watch The Wheel of Fortune.

In the summertime when visiting Watuppa pond in her younger years she was known to pack the best lunch, her famous chicken wings, chocolate chip cookies and grinders from local places in Fall River. She always made sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink. She was also a great cook, hosting many holidays and birthdays at her home. Making sure the table was perfectly set, and a pot of her hamburger soup was cooking, along with her famous brown meatballs, or American Chop Suey. She was everyone's adopted grandmother and would lend a helping hand to those who needed it. She loved decorating her home with her large curtain collection, and making every window look flawless.

Louise was a beautiful, kind, and gentle woman that was always classy. Her fashion sense was impeccable with her matching outfits and her large collection of shoes. Her shopping stamina was next to none. She loved any type of shopping, she could wander for hours, and still only buy two items. She was the best Grandmother and friend anyone could ever ask for, she will be missed dearly by all of us.

With special thanks to the South Coast Hospice Staff, along with all that helped assist in her care in her final journey, Alison St. Laurent, Leah Jalowick, Antoine Rapazote, Eileen Murray, Betsey Barboza, Jessica Perry, also Chaplin Wilson who will be officiating her service.

Friends and Family are cordially invited to attend a Public Visitation for Louise, this will be held at Southcoast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the same venue, followed by a committal service with prayers at Notre Dame Cemetery and Mausoleums at 11:15 AM.
