It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Luis Alberto Faria, born on the 1st of January, 1965 in Praia da Vitória, Portugal. Luis, a cherished son, beloved brother, and friend to many, lived his life radiating warmth and kindness, bringing joy and laughter to those fortunate to know him. As the writer, Maya Angelou once said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Luis, by this measure, was unforgettable.
Luis Faria was a man of many passions, chief among them his love for classic music, food, drinks, and the company they brought. Luis combined these passions, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that was a reflection of his own spirit. His culinary skills were legendary among his family and friends, and his home was always filled with the aroma of delicious food and the sound of symphonies. His presence was a comfort, his laughter a balm, and his wisdom a guiding light.
He leaves behind his adoring siblings, Ana Maria Faria, Lúcia de Fátima Faria, Rogério Manuel Faria, whom he cared for dearly. He is also survived by his nieces Andrea de Fátima Faria, Renata Faria, Rafaela Faria. He was predeceased in death by his loving parents, Sebastiao and Maria Lourdes Faria.
Luis's life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and the human spirit. He was a beacon of light in our lives and his memory will continue to illuminate our paths. He lived his life as a symphony, a beautiful blend of notes, creating a harmony that touched the hearts of all who knew him.
