Luis Torres Santiago, of Worcester, Massachusetts, departed this life on March 7, 2026, having lived a robust 89 years, filled with strength, resilience, and love. Born in Adjuntas, Capáez, Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, on October 18, 1936, Luis lived a life that embodied the words of Pablo Neruda, "You can cut all the flowers but you cannot keep Spring from coming."
