Martin Medina, 53, of Fall River passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 4, 2025. Born on October 22, 1971, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Victor Manual Medina Ginel and the late Veronica Feliciano Conde.
Martin, was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather and friend. He was a selfless man who would always put others before himself, no matter who you were he would make sure you felt like family. With a smile that would brighten any room, he loved to make jokes and make people laugh. He loved to cook, feeding people was his love language. He also enjoyed watching the Food Network, WWE, SpongeBob, Tom & Jerry, Scooby-Doo, Courage the cowardly dog and other various cartoons. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He leaves behind four children, Martin A. Medina and his wife Aliyah Medina, JanMartin Medina, JoeDion Medina, Kiamara Medina; Granddaughter, Haven Medina; brothers, Victor Medina and Jose Medina; sister; Osmary Ruiz; and many nieces and nephews.
The public visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723. The burial will follow at 12:30 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery, 765 Prospect Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02720.
