It is with a profound sense of loss and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maryann (Gallagher) Heuser, November 19, 1954 - September 26, 2025. Daughter of the late George F Gallagher and Anna (Breault) Gallagher, in Lowell, MA, Maryann was a beacon of warmth, kindness, and generosity, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. As Maya Angelou once said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Maryann embodied this sentiment, radiating love and empathy, ensuring that everyone she met felt seen, valued, and cherished.

Maryann was the personification of resilience and unwavering spirit. Her life was a tapestry of joyous moments, woven together with threads of love, strength, and courage. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was crocheting blankets for loved ones, engaging in delightful conversations with strangers, or enjoying family get-togethers. Maryann held a deep and abiding love for her family and friends. She enjoyed her work at B&M RR, where she met her loving husband, Eric Heuser, and cherished the opportunity to nurture and raise their daughter.

Her spirit for adventure led her to the beautiful resorts of Maine, where she created countless unforgettable memories. Maryann's love for life, and her ability to find joy in every moment, were an inspiration to all. She faced health setbacks with immense courage and grace, never complaining, and always showing up with a radiant smile and an open heart. Her bravery and optimism were a testament to her strength and resilience. As Winston Churchill once said, "Courage is rightly esteemed the first of human qualities... because it is the quality which guarantees all others." Maryann embodied this courage until the very end.

Maryann is survived by her loving husband Eric Heuser, granddaughter Emma and grandson Wesley. She is also survived by her mother Anna, sisters Katherine Stalker and her husband Steve, and Eileen Emerson and her husband Beau, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Maryann is predeceased by her loving daughter Ashleigh, and her brothers Thomas, Gerald and Michael Gallagher. Her life, though it ended too soon, was a testament to a life well lived, full of love, joy, courage, and resilience.

Funeral Mass will take place at St Anne's Church, 26 Emerson Ave, Hampstead NH, on Tuesday October 14, 2025 at 10:30; followed by burial at W. Hampstead Cemetery .
