Paul A. Stanley, 65, of Fall River, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 5, 2025. His life was tragically cut short, leaving behind family and friends who will miss him deeply.

Paul was a man of many passions. An avid golfer and devoted sports fan, he also loved music, video games, and his signature backwards baseball cap. Known for his "gift of gab," Paul could strike up a conversation with anyone, often building friendships that lasted decades. Though he faced personal battles throughout his life, he was a sensitive soul with a special love for the many pets who brought him joy over the years.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Matonis Stanley of Somerset, MA; his children, Paul Stanley of Fall River, MA, and Krystal Mercello of Savannah, GA; and his loving girlfriend, Anne Ferioli of Fall River, MA. Paul was the son of Dorothy and the late Ben Stanley. He also leaves behind five siblings—Wayne Stanley, Tempie Fonseca, Jacqueline Fontaine, Glen Stanley, and Benji Stanley—along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Arizona.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paul's memory to the MSPCA-Angell, The First Tee of Massachusetts, or The Gavin Foundation.
