FALL RIVER... Pauline C. (Belanger) Delgado, age 83, passed away at St. Anne's Hospital on Monday, February 7, 2022. She was wife of the late Jose Delgado. Born in Fall River to the late Alberta Belanger, Pauline lived most of her life in the city. Mrs. Delgado worked in various fields, including as a CNA at Catholic Memorial Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care. Over the years, she also worked in several mills as a machine operator and as a bartender at the former Morgan Street Cafe. Mrs. Delgado was a communicant at the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Church. She also enjoyed playing bingo and shooting pool as well as knitting and crocheting. Mrs. Delgado is survived by: sons, Nicholas LeBron of Fall River, MA, Ricardo LeBron of Fall River, MA, Jose Delgado, Jr. of Fall River, Alex Delgado of New Bedford, MA, and Frank Delgado and his wife Tammy of New Bedford, MA; daughter, Raquel Delgado Andreozzi and her husband Ronald of Swansea, MA; brother, Richard LePage of Cambridge, MA; sister, Rita Manning of Canton, MA; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; 2 loving doggies, Tiny and Woo Woo. Mrs. Delgado was mother of the late Benito Banks. Funeral services to which relatives and friends are welcome to attend will take place on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 9 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, MA 02723 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Mary's Cathedral, 327 2nd Street, Fall River, MA 02721. Burial will then take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River, MA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
