Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Peter was the much-loved son of the late Alan and Deborah Sinclair. He carried their teachings and values with him throughout his life, from his birthplace to his home in Westport, Massachusetts. Peter was a dedicated government contractor, a role he filled with distinction and honor until his retirement.

Peter's legacy is lovingly carried forward by his wife, Renee Sinclair. Their bond was one of true partnership and mutual respect, a testament to their shared journey filled with love, laughter, and shared dreams. Peter's spirit will continue to live on in the cherished memories he left behind.
