We gather here to honor the remarkable life of Phay Phan, born in Battambang, Cambodia, on October 17, 1970, who gracefully departed from our lives on December 19, 2025.

Phay, a beacon of resilience, strength, and tenacity, journeyed from his birthplace to make a new home in Fall River, Massachusetts.

In the words of the Dalai Lama, "Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects." Phay embodied this philosophy, touching the lives of those around her with her kindness and compassion.

Phay was the beloved son of the late Yak Krouch and Yin Krouch. His legacy of strength and love will continue to live on.

He is survived by his loving daughter Chandary Chham, his two grandchildren, grandson Elias Camball, and granddaughter Meiya Camball . His siblings Phonn Phan, Pho Phan, Saem Phan, Khidang Coomer, Soda Phan, Dara Phan & Rosa Phan

The family invites those who wish to pay their respects to join them at the Southcoast Funeral Home, inside of the Ferreira Chapel, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723, on Friday, December 26, 2025, at 07:00 AM. The Buddhist Funeral Service will follow at the same location at 07:30 AM. A Buddhist Family Witnessed Cremation will take place at Family's Choice Cremation, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, Rhode Island, 02885, at 8:30 AM.
