Born on August 28, 1964, in New Bedford, MA, his life was a testament to the power of resilience, steadfast love, and an indomitable spirit. As Albert Einstein once said, "In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity," and Randall lived this truth throughout his life.

Randall was a beacon of strength and resilience, having faced and overcome considerable challenges due to his health. His journey was not an easy one, but he faced each day with a positive spirit and never allowed his circumstances to define him. His courage and determination were an inspiration to all who knew him. Throughout his life, he taught those around him the true meaning of perseverance, and his story was a testament to the human spirit's ability to triumph over adversity.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Harding, who stood by him throughout their journey together. Linda's unwavering love and support were a testament to their bond and the strength of their commitment to each other. Randall was preceded in death by his parents, George and Shirley Harding, who instilled in him the values of kindness, compassion, and resilience that defined his life.
