He was a beloved brother to Barbara Dumas, who survives him, and a cherished son to Frank and Irene Viera, who preceded him in death. Randall's life was a testament to his strong spirit and unwavering resilience. Despite the hardships he faced, he was always quick to lend a hand to those in need. His generosity touched many lives and his legacy of kindness will continue to inspire.
