It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Prezner, who left us on August 21, 2025. Born in New Bedford, MA on January 5, 1956, Richard was a man of steady hands. A Tile Craftsman by trade, he created works of enduring beauty and functionality, a testament to his exceptional craftsmanship and his unique aesthetic sensibilities.

Richard was a man of few words, but his actions spoke volumes. He was a steadfast presence in the lives of those who knew and loved him, demonstrating his loyalty and love through acts of kindness and generosity.

Richard is survived by his children Joey Prezner (Lori), Tiffany Newett, Austin Prezner, Matthew Prezner, Lauren Prezner, His two Sisters Sheila Lemieux (Eddie) Linda DeCosta (Arthur), his three Brothers Jody Prezner (Robin). Michael Prezner (Xianhun) and the late Russell Prezner, His three Grandchildren, Aubri, Emily and Kaylin Prezner and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephew.

His parents, Joseph and Rose Prezner, who preceded him in death, were proud of their son.
