TIVERTON ... Robert F. Fontaine, 58, of Main Road, Tiverton died at home unexpectedly April 23, 2007. He was born in Fall River a son of the late Herbert and Anna (Kelman) Fontaine and had lived most of his life in Fall River with the last 6 years in Tiverton. He was a printer for C.J. Fox printing in Providence. Mr. Fontaine was a former member of the Copicut Bowman of New Bedford. Survivors include a son Eric C. Fontaine of Fall River, a daughter Crystal Martin of Freetown, 5 brothers: Alan Fontaine and William Fontaine both of Fall River, Roger Fontaine of NC, Norman Fontaine of East Providence, Herbert Fontaine of Portsmouth, 6 sisters: Maureen Gagnon, Joan Lafleur, and Jeanne Mello all of Fall River, Barbara Bonas of Tiverton, Helen Thibault of Westport, and Louise Gardella of San Diego, CA, a granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 11AM at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd., Fall River.
