Born on June 3, 1943, in Panama City, Panama. Rosemary brought the vibrancy and spirit of her birthplace into every room she occupied, illuminating it with her radiant smile and authentic kindness.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 05, 2024, at 04:00 PM at the Southcoast Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of Rosemary's life at 05:30 PM presided over by Chaplain & Life Celebrant Ines Bates at the same venue.
