FALL RIVER... Sandra Jean (Merchand) Bell, 65, of Fall River died Wednesday, February 27, 2007. She was the companion of the late Francis Sweeney. She was born in St. Johnsbury, VT. a daughter of the late Roy and Roseann Hastings and had lived in Fall River for 3 1/2 years. For many years she worked as a personal care attendant. Survivors include two sons Derek Bell of Knoxville, TN and Jamison Bell of Fall River, MA: three brothers Theodore Merchand of St. Johnsbury, VT, Mark Hastings and Tim Hastings of Orleans, VT: One grandson and several nieces and nephews.
