Our beloved Sandra Friedman 73, born in Fall River on June 24, 1952, passed away peacefully at home with her family on February 20, 2026 after a year's long battle with lung cancer.

Born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts Sandra was preceded in death by her father Peter Ambrose her mother, Rita (Shepard) Ambrose, her husband Robert Friedman, brother Michael Ambrose, son Keith Ambrose and grandson Keith Ambrose Jr.

Sandra is survived by her children Tyna Perry and her husband Richard Perry, Jaime Ambrose. Her siblings Peter and his wife Jill Ambrose, Carl Monast, Robin Monast, Evelyn and her husband Charles Souza. Grandchildren: Shantavia Ambrose, Israel Washington Jr, Emily Almeida. Great grandchildren Isaac Morgan III, Omari Washington and Avian Morgan.

Sandra worked at American Tourist and the Fall River Hearld News as a paper carrier for many years. She loved her dog Nala and enjoyed reading and going to bingo. Sandra did a courageous act by donating her body to science at Brown University for the upcoming learning of our future doctors.

Cremation will follow, in memory of Sandra, please pray for all who are suffering from cancer.
