Friends and Family are cordially invited to attend a public visitation which will be held in honor of Stephen on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM - 09:30 AM at the Southcoast Funeral Homes, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723. A committal service with honors will take place at 10:45 AM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne, Massachusetts, 02542.
