Steven Pavao, 54, of Tiverton, Rhode Island, passed away on May 11, 2025.

Steven was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, known for his generous spirit and unwavering love for those around him.

He worked as a foreman for J.F. White Construction before retiring, where he was respected for his work ethic and dedication. In retirement, Steven found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved spending time with family and friends, tending to his garden, and fixing anything he could get his hands on-tractors, snow blowers, and all sorts of household projects. He had a knack for being the go-to handyman and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Steven is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Laudalina Pavao; his daughter, Allyssa Pavao (Jamal Taylor); his son, Nicholas Pavao (Angela Almeida); and his cherished granddaughter, Averie Rodrigues, who was the light of his life.

Steven will be remembered as a man with a heart of gold-selfless, kind, and deeply loved. His legacy of love, laughter, and hard work lives on in those he leaves behind.

Friends and family are cordially invited to attend a Public visitation for Steven on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 04:00 PM - 07:00 PM and Friday, May 16, 2025, from 08:30 AM 09:15 AM at Southcoast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Santo Christo Parish, 185 Canal Street, Fall River, presided over by Father Jeffrey Cabral.
