Tammy Fisher, born on April 7th, 1978, in Taunton, Massachusetts, passed away on October 13, 2025 at Hope Health Hospice Center, Providence, Rhode Island. She was a woman of extraordinary strength, boundless compassion, and the center of her family's universe. Her light shone brightly and touched everyone who had the privilege of experiencing her warmth. In her 47 years, Tammy radiated a love for life and shared that passion with everyone around her.

Tammy remained a lifelong resident of Taunton, Massachusetts, where she was widely known and loved by her community. Despite never having been formally employed, she was a tireless worker in the many roles she filled: a remarkable daughter to Jevolyn DeFreitas, a beloved niece to Aunt Jacqueline DeFreitas, a devoted wife to her predeceased husband, John Fisher, and an adoring mother to Brandie-Rose Jevolyn DeFreitas. Her family was her world, and she poured every ounce of her being into making that world a better place. Tammy's love for her family was like a beacon, guiding and giving light to the lives of her loved ones.

Tammy will be missed deeply, but her legacy of love and her celebration of life will live on in the hearts of those she left behind. She was a testament to the power of love, the strength of the human spirit, and the indomitable force of a life well-lived.
