It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tasha Lynn Martins. She was a shining star whose heart was so full of passion and generosity. She was born on July 8, 1988, in Fall River, MA. Tasha was a woman of compassion, creativity, with an undying love for her family, friends, and pets. Tasha, who resided in Somerset, Massachusetts, and had previously lived in Westport, left this earth too soon on August 12, 2026.

Tasha was always there for those in need, willing to lend an ear, a shoulder, or a helping hand. Her compassion knew no bounds, and she had an uncanny ability to empathize with and uplift those around her.

Tasha will be lovingly remembered by her partner Chris Souza, her father, John Martins, her mother, Susan Martins her twin sister Tiffany Martins, her siblings, Amanda Martins, Eric Martins, Sarah Field, Mariah Martins, Douglas Martins, Spencer Martins, Lori Zanin, Jason Sousa, Sara Fusaro, Anthony Fusaro, her nephews, Anthony Martins, Trevor Clare, Kyle O’Brien, Gabriel Mohla, Alexander King, Grady Mohla, Jack Clare, Ozzy Clare, Brandon Pryor, Jermaine Johnson, Amarii Johnson, Armani Pryor, Angel Foley, her nieces, Summer Mohla, Violette Arruda, Charlotte Arruda, Nora King, Ramona Arruda and Judith Clare. She had aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved her. She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Rosemarie Souza and her sister Megan Martins.

Friends and Family are cordially invited to to attend her life celebration on Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Southcoast Funeral Homes, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, Massachusetts, 02723. The memorial visitation will be held 4:00 PM - 07:00 PM inside of the Ferreira Chapel and the Celebration of Life will follow at 07:00 PM presided over by Chaplain and Life Celebrant Ines Bates.
