WESTPORT... Theodore "Ted" Dias, 60, of Westport passed away August 7, 2021, at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of the late Stacy Dias. Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late John B. and Virginia (Pacheco) Dias. Mr. Dias had worked for many years as an Automotive Mechanic. He was a member of the Legion Riders Chapter 414 and had enjoyed collecting cars, riding his motorcycle, reading the Bible, and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his children: Rose Dias of New Bedford and Michael Dias of Waltham; his grandson: Rhondo; his sister: Donna Dias of Westport; his brother: William Dias; several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John Wayne Dias and Debra Levesque. Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 11 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723 followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 9 - 11 AM, prior to the service.
