NEW BEDFORD... Wayne E. Bourdon, 63, of New Bedford passed away March 29, 2023, at his home. Born in Fall River, he was the son of Jacqueline (Brisson) Bourdon of Fall River and the late Eugene Bourdon. He lived most of his life in the Fall River/Westport area. Mr. Bourdon worked for several years as a bar tender for the Italian Progressive Club in Fall River. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed camping and fishing. He played the guitar and enjoyed art. Along with his mother, survivors include his sister, Lisa Bourdon of Fall River; his brother, Gary Bourdon and his wife Lori-Lynn of Westport; and his nephew Shaun Ouellette. He was the uncle of the late Justin Ouellette. A visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday, April 14, 2023, from 4 - 7 PM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02723. There will be a prayer service starting at 7 PM.
